Step 1 · Check your route
Check your price in about two minutes
Enter your pickup point and destination on KiwiTaxi’s booking page. Every available car class is listed with the all-in, fixed price before you pay anything — no account, no phone call, no haggling at the taxi rank.
What it actually looks like
From your sofa to the arrivals hall
Book weeks ahead, while you still have time to compare. Then let the arrival take care of itself.
Why travellers pre-book
The airport is not the place to negotiate a price
Tired, jet-lagged, in an unfamiliar language, with luggage and kids in tow — that is exactly when you do not want to compare fares at a taxi rank. KiwiTaxi moves that decision to your sofa, weeks earlier, at a price you already agreed to.
One fixed price, agreed up front
You see the full price before you book and it stays the same on the day — no meters, no traffic surcharges, no extra charge for luggage. Your voucher shows the exact amount.
90 minutes of free waiting
Give your flight number and the driver tracks it. If you land late, they adjust. Immigration queues eat time, and the first 90 minutes after scheduled arrival are on the house.
Meet & greet with your name
Your driver waits in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name, then walks you to the car and takes care of the bags. The voucher tells you exactly where to look.
Free cancellation before the trip
Plans change. Cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 16 hours before pickup on standard classes, and up to 24 hours on Business, Premium, SUV and larger minibuses. Refunds land in 5–7 banking days.
Real people, 24 hours a day
Support answers by chat and email at any hour, in several languages, including while you are standing at the airport. Drivers and coordinators also stay reachable by phone or WhatsApp.
Pay the way that suits you
Pay online in full with Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, leave a small prepayment and settle the rest in cash with the driver, or choose cash-only on eligible routes. You are charged in USD or EUR.
Four steps, two minutes
How booking works
The entire booking form is on one page. No account, no phone call, no waiting for a callback.
-
Enter your route
Type the address or the hotel name you are leaving from and where you are going — the form suggests matches as you type.
-
Pick a car class
Compare Economy, Comfort, Business, Premium, SUV and minibuses side by side. Passengers, luggage and price are shown for each.
-
Add your details and pay
Give your flight number and pickup time, add child seats or an extra stop if you need them, then choose how you want to pay.
-
Meet your driver
A voucher with the driver’s details and the exact meeting point lands in your inbox. Look for your name at arrivals.
Standard car classes can be booked from 16 hours before pickup, Business, Premium and minibuses of 10 passengers or more from 24 hours. Later than that, ask for an urgent transfer and they will confirm availability.

Extras you can tick while booking
These are the extras KiwiTaxi lists on the booking form. Choose them in advance so the driver arrives prepared for your group.
Child & infant seats
Infant up to 10 kg, child seat 9–18 kg or booster 15–36 kg. Required by law in most countries.
Extra waiting hour
Add more time on top of the 90 free minutes so the driver is still there if your flight slips.
Pet-friendly cars
Choose the pet option and keep your pet in a carrier for the ride. Drivers are briefed in advance.
Ski & oversize luggage
Skis, snowboards, bikes, golf clubs and large cases — flag them in the order comments for the right car class.
Child seats carry a small extra charge. Extra stops, extra waiting hours, pets and oversize luggage are priced with your route.

An honest comparison
Pre-booked private transfer vs. the alternatives
Every option gets you to the hotel. They differ in how much of your arrival is spent thinking about it.

What customers say after the ride
Selected reviews published on kiwitaxi.com, quoted as written.
“Very glad that I used this service. They had sent me details beforehand which matched the experience. A rep met us at the gate and took us to the vehicle. The driver was extremely professional and our drive was very comfortable.”
“As a family travelling with young children the service was convenient and professional. The coordinator communicated with all the details the night before, the driver drove carefully without delay, and we felt safe the whole journey.”
“Really convenient service as we had to leave for the airport very early in the morning with no rideshare around. Booked three days in advance and was contacted and kept up to date by the very friendly driver.”
“The quote was provided quickly up front, and fees such as an extra drop-off were communicated clearly in advance. The driver accommodated an earlier pickup that we requested, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable.”
“The booking process was fast, transparent and at a good price. The driver warned us in advance about road closures from a marathon and a possible pickup delay. There was none, and the vehicle exceeded my expectations.”
“The entire experience was perfect and stress-free. Our driver was kind and patient with our group, and careful with our cats. We will definitely be using KiwiTaxi again.”
KiwiTaxi was named Best Taxi Service Company in Lithuania at the 2025 International Travel Awards — and today it runs transfers in 100+ countries, with 1.5 million rides completed.

Built for real arrivals
Which traveller are you?
The same booking form covers all of these — the car class and add-ons are what change.
Families
Book infant seats, child seats and boosters in the booking form, and a car class sized by seats and luggage so nobody rides with a suitcase on their lap.
Business travellers
Business and Premium classes, an invoice-ready booking, and a driver who waits if the meeting overruns. Hourly chauffeur hire is available for multi-stop days.
First-time visitors
When you do not yet know the city or the language, a driver holding your name removes the single most stressful part of day one.
Groups and tour leaders
Minibuses from 7 up to 19 passengers, with extras such as an extra waiting hour, an additional stop, or ski and snowboard storage.

Frequently asked questions
Answers based on KiwiTaxi’s published booking conditions. For anything route-specific, support replies in chat and at support@kiwitaxi.com.
How far in advance should I book a transfer?
It depends on the vehicle class:
- Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax and Minibus 7 pax: book at least 16 hours before pickup.
- Business, SUV, Luxury SUV, Premium, Premium Minibus 6 pax and Minibuses of 10, 13, 16 or 19 pax: book at least 24 hours before pickup.
If you are inside those windows, submit an urgent transfer request and KiwiTaxi will tell you quickly whether the ride can be covered.
Can I cancel or change my booking, and what does it cost?
Cancel or modify from your personal account, or through support if you are inside 24 hours of the trip. Full refunds apply if you cancel:
- up to 16 hours before pickup for Micro, Economy, Comfort, Minivan 4 pax and Minibus 7 pax;
- up to 24 hours before pickup for Business, SUV, Luxury SUV, Premium, Premium Minibus 6 pax and Minibuses of 10–19 pax.
Refunds are returned within 5–7 banking days. For urgent cancellations inside the free window, penalties under the Terms and Conditions may apply.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Enter your flight number when you book and the driver tracks it. Delays under 30 minutes are absorbed automatically. For a longer delay, message the driver or support with your order number and new arrival time.
Airport pickups include 90 minutes of free waiting after the scheduled arrival time. Hotel pickups include 15 minutes from the time you selected. If the wait stretches beyond the free period, the driver may charge for extra waiting time.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
Depending on your country and route, you can choose from:
- pay in full online with Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay;
- pay a small prepayment online and the balance in cash to the driver;
- pay the full amount in cash to the driver at pickup.
Your card is charged in US dollars or euros, whichever is shown when you pick the payment option. Card details are entered on the payment gateway’s secure page.
Is the price really fixed, or will the driver ask for more?
Your voucher shows a fixed price for the route you booked, with no extra charge for traffic, luggage or the first 90 minutes of airport waiting. Anything outside that route — an extra stop, a long detour, extra waiting hours — is agreed and priced separately, either with the driver or with support before the ride.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, and you choose the type during booking: an infant seat up to 10 kg, a child seat for 9–18 kg, or a booster for 15–36 kg. Child seats carry a small extra charge, and every child counts as a passenger.
Child seats are required by law in most countries, and a driver may refuse the transfer without one, so add them in the booking form.
Can I bring extra luggage, skis, a stroller or a pet?
A standard bag is up to 158 cm across length, width and height. Skis, snowboards, bikes, strollers, golf clubs and other oversize items should go in the order comments so a suitable car class is assigned.
Pets are welcome: choose the “travelling with pets” option and keep your pet in a carrier for the ride. There is also a women-driving-women option, offered at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Where exactly will I meet the driver?
Your confirmation voucher states the meeting point for that airport. The driver waits there with a sign showing your name and helps with your luggage. If your flight lands early and the driver is not there yet, wait at the meeting point on the voucher and call or text the number you received — do not take a local taxi, as the ride cannot then be refunded.
